The “International Student Week in Iran” (ISW-Iran) is a scientific and cultural event put on by students for students. The final ISW-Iran in 2020 drew over 35 participants from over 20 different nations.
ISW-Iran will be co-organized this year by Allameh Tabataba’i University and Western Asian Development Institute, with assistance from Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. This youth event is a one-of-a-kind experience in which we combine educational programmes with the opportunity to meet new people while having fun and experiencing spectacular moments.
The major goal of the ISW-Iran is to bring together young people from all over the world and serve as a forum for cultural exchange and getting to know one another, as well as for conversation and brainstorming solutions to global concerns.
Participants will gain a well-rounded perspective of Iran and have their eyes opened by working directly with Iranian students and meeting like-minded youth from all around the world in just seven days. Participants will have the opportunity to discover this intriguing country’s natural beauty and cultural diversity.
International Student Week in Iran attracts students from all disciplines. Students who have recently graduated, youth activists, and young leaders are also urged to apply.
International Student Week in Iran strives to demonstrate that the moment has come to bring the worlds together, whether online or in person. And that kids, now more than ever, need to develop leadership abilities. As a result, participants who are unable to go to Iran will be able to participate in the online programme. Participants in the online programme will receive online interactive seminars, cultural activities, team projects, and virtual excursions to allow them to e-visit Iran’s beauty. The workshops will cover Iran’s history, culture, cuisine, arts, policy, and religion, as well as how to organise a trip to Iran and job and study options there.
